July 16th was Andrew’s first NASCAR Late Model Test. It was an extremely successful day. Andrew completed 6 sessions with the last two sessions all running within 2/10’sec. His lap times were equal to another seasoned Late Model testing that day and within 6/10’s of quick time for previous races. See Multimedia for pictures and video.

July 2010. In 5 races in Full Focus, 13 year old Andrew Murray has finished top 5 in 3 races, and 2nd in the other two. In his first year in running as an adult, and the youngest sanctioned USAC driver ever to compete at sactioned events, Andrew has truly stepped up to the level of competition and proven his abilities.

2010 has brought a new level to Andrew’s racing career. PC550 Holdings and Dave Bogan has agreed to assist Andrew achieve his goals all the way to NASCAR Sprint Cup. Andrew will be running both a Late Model out of Bill McAnally’s shop for the later part of the 2010 season. Bill has committed his shop to developing Andrew as a professional driver.

In 2009, Andrew placed 2nd in points in the Junior USAC division, winning 4 main events during the year. He ran on both dirt and pavement , making the transition from a 240lb Go-Kart to an 1100 lb Methanol burning Midget very comfortably.

2008 saw Andrew become the fastest driver west of the Mississippi, finishing 2nd in National Points in the Stars of Karting series across the Unites States. His season started in Florida and finished with a season win in Las Veags, Nevada.
